Responsibilities

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care.
• Educate patients and families and plan for discharge.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per policy.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain patient safety and uphold ethical nursing practice.
