Job summary

The Intensive Care unit at Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks an evening/ night shift RN to provide direct clinical patient care in a 16-bed ICU. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate nursing care, while supervising staff and ensuring safe, high-quality care and efficient resource use.

Essential: active RN license; experience of less than one year in critical care is acceptable. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Less than one year of nursing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care in the ICU on a per-shift basis.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate nursing care.
• Supervise staff and ensure delegated care is delivered safely.
• Support CNO to ensure high-quality, safe patient care and optimal resource use.
