Job summary

Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, GA seeks an RN I to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across the patient care continuum. Under the Nursing Director, the RN I uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, prioritizing patient safety, family communication, and teamwork in a high-acuity setting.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Nursing, is licensed as an RN in good standing, and maintains BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Requires up to one year of related experience or equivalent.
• Requires a current state RN license in good standing and active credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and document findings; develop the care plan with medical notes.
• Collaborate with the care team to monitor and adjust the plan of care.
• Perform basic nursing skills and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Administer medications, monitor IVs, and titrate as needed in ICU settings.
• Assist with patient and family education and discharge planning.
