Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. You will perform assessments, skilled procedures, and detailed care plans to support patient recovery in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN and ND RN license with BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and pediatric ACLS readiness. A $20,000 incentive is offered for new hires meeting eligibility.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• ND Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• ACLS certification within 12 months required.
• PALS/ACLS for pediatrics within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing rapport and initiating care plans.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Promote independence by teaching patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Adhere to therapeutic standards and health outcomes, adjusting care as needed within governing regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to resolve patient problems and needs.
• Follow infection control policies and medication handling procedures.
