Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit in California. You will provide safe, high-quality care aligned with the Jean Watson Theory of Caring and NorthBay Health's practice model.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for all patients under your charge. The role requires an accredited RN program graduate with a BSN or higher, valid CA RN license, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing.
• Nursing degree of BSN level or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the Jean Watson Theory of Caring, Relationship Based Care, and the NorthBay Health nursing practice model.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for all patients in your care.
• Use a therapeutic relationship with patients and families with the interdisciplinary team to promote health and restore health.
• Demonstrate patient assessment, safe medication use and arrhythmia interpretation; work independently and communicate effectively.
