Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• BSN is preferred for this ICU role.
• ACLS and BLS required or acceptable per facility.
• Experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care per standards and plan.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff on shift.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care.
• Participate in discharge planning and care continuity.
