Job summary

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital in Sullivan, MO is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Night shift differential applies and both full-time and part-time options are available.

Onsite supervision and support from providers, including nights, are provided. Responsibilities include patient care assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN license/certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with interprofessional team and family.
• Ensures communication of the care plan across the continuum of care.
