University of Kentucky is seeking a Nurse Clinical/PRN ICU Pool/On-Call for UKHC. The role supports critical care patients in ICU across Samaritan and Chandler locations, working on a per-diem basis with night/weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, RN license (compact state accepted), and BLS certification, and can perform lifting and long periods of standing. Per diem shifts offer weekend and holiday coverage with competitive pay.

Qualificações

• Active Kentucky RN license or valid compact state RN license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50-100 lbs daily and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide total, comprehensive, patient-centered care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of a nursing care plan.
• Deliver direct patient care and ensure patient satisfaction in ICU per diem pool across UK HealthCare Samaritan and Chandler locations.
• Train and delegate duties to Nursing Care Technicians and collaborate with medical team to improve patient outcomes.
