Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is hiring ICU Float RN positions with ICU experience required. The role will involve floating to PCU, delivering high-quality patient-centered care and applying nursing processes in a flexible, 12-hour night/day shift setting.

Full- and part-time options are offered with benefits starting Day One, and a comprehensive package includes retirement plans and tuition reimbursement. Salary ranges are based on experience, with premiums for evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• One year of recent nursing experience in a hospital with similar patient populations.
• BSN required within five years or willingness to obtain.
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient-centered care considering age, development, culture and spiritual needs.
• Float within ICU and PCU with appropriate supervision and support.
• Utilize nursing process and relationship-based care in daily practice.
• Adapt to unit needs and maintain patient ratios in float pool.
