Trinity Health St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is seeking Registered Nurses for ICU Float roles with ICU experience. These nurses will float to PCU as needed, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a teaching hospital environment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• One year of recent nursing experience in a hospital with similar patient populations.
• BSN degree or agreement to obtain BSN within five years.
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply.

• Provide ICU/PCU patient care as an RN, floating between ICU and PCU.
• Deliver patient-centered care considering age, development, culture, and spiritual needs.
• Apply nursing process with relationship-based care and function as a resource to unit staff.
• Float within Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital to support unit staffing needs.
• Follow unit policies, procedures, and safety standards during night shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Position Purpose:

**We are currently hiring ICU Float RN's, ICU experience required**

*Will Float to PCU*

The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

The Nursing Resource Pooloffers you increased flexibility in your scheduling, while allowing you to float only at our Ann Arbor hospital. We support our employees with a focused orientation and training about our equipment, processes, and procedures. This makes our float pools a reliable resource for our units, which means more manageable patient ratios. Shifts Available: Night shift

Status Available: Full time or Part time (benefit eligible) - 48 or 72 hours per pay period (Every two weeks)

Minimum requirement of working 32 hours on the weekend within a 4 week schedule

Required Qualifications

• Requires current Michigan Nursing License
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• One year of recent nursing experience working in a hospital with similar patient populations
• New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
• Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply
