Piedmont Fayette Hospital is hiring a Part-time Patient Care Tech to support licensed clinicians in delivering compassionate patient care. You will participate in activities such as bathing, feeding, and daily living assistance, while following hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience caring for patients in a hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Certification must be from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient care under licensed staff, including treatments and procedures.
• Assist patients with bathing, feeding, and daily living activities as needed.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to promote healing and wellness for a diverse patient population.
• Follow hospital policies to ensure safety and quality care.
