City of Hope in Duarte, California, is seeking an ICU Clinical Nurse III to deliver high-quality care to critically ill oncology patients. You will join a dedicated team, participate in interdisciplinary planning, and uphold the City of Hope practice model across shifts.

The role requires CA RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Night shifts are a 7pm–7:30am full-time schedule with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• CA RN license current.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
• ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
• Chemotherapy/ Immunotherapy certificate must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Integrates and practices according to the City of Hope Professional Practice Model to deliver care service excellence.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary care planning and documents according to standards, including validation of the patient and caregiver’s understanding of the plan of care and expected outcomes.
• The nurse is a change agent, committed to lifelong learning, professional development and embodiment of City of Hope organizational mission and values, and the values and ethos of the profession of nursing.
• Must be able to work 7pm - 7:30am - Nights
