North Memorial Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Intensive Care Units to lead daily nursing operations in a high-acuity environment. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and collaboration with the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional patient care.

You will oversee planning, education, and coordination of care within budgetary parameters, while upholding our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and maintaining professional nursing standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; master's preferred.
• 3 years critical care nursing experience required.
• Current MN RN licensure; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care activities.
• Act as a resource to staff in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care standards.
• Coordinate unit resources within financial parameters set with the Nurse Manager; participate in departmental planning.
