You will shape staffing, performance, and quality initiatives, ensuring accountability and effective communication across the unit and hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Nursing and minimum of three (3) years leadership experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse: NE
• Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, train and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversees the functional and technical job performance of team members.
• Allocates and directs staffing needs to meet patient, unit and Hospital needs.
• Manages performance, goal-setting, feedback and development.
• Monitors patient engagement, quality initiatives and patient safety for multiple departments.
• Coordinates operating systems and service standards in line with policies.
