Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years of direct leadership experience in healthcare; RN licensure.
• Strong management of nursing staff, budgeting and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate ICU nursing care delivery following standards and policies.
• Lead evidence-based practice and performance improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
• Identify risk, implement quality and safety improvements, and monitor metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and develop actionable plans for departmental performance.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct patient case reviews and address concerns to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and senior leadership on strategic goals.
