Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of RN experience.
• 3 years of HC Management experience.
• ICU experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and provides clinical and technical expertise.
• Engages in process improvements and budgeting for the department, including payroll and supply costs.
• Interviews, hires and develops team members to build a high-performing unit.
