AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking a Nurse Professional Development (NPD) practitioner to advance nursing education and evidence-based practice. This role supports research, disseminates findings, and leads educational initiatives across units to improve patient outcomes.

Required: RN with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and 2+ years hospital nursing experience; BLS; ANCC-NPD or CCRN preferred. This position emphasizes collaboration, teaching, and leadership within a faith-based health system

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Master's degree preferred
2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting required
Experience in critical care/ICU preferred
Experience as a preceptor preferred
ANCC-NPD/CCR NP preferred
