Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking Nursing Assistants for the IMC/ICU department. This 0.3 FTE, part-time role offers evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work.

You will provide direct patient care under supervision, perform vital signs, and help with daily activities while maintaining safety and comfort in a high-acuity setting. The position requires either a certified nursing assistant or registration with the North Dakota Health Department within 3 months,

Qualifications

• Provides direct patient care and safety under RN supervision and department direction.
• Performs personal hygiene tasks, nutritional support, comfort care, transfers, vital signs, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Take vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition to the RN.
