Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years experience in a similar clinical area
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Current California RN license and Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Specialty certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all department operations during shift
• Monitors patient care quality and staffing needs
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to optimize workflow
