In this role you will partner with nurses, physicians, and hospital leadership to optimize staffing, clinical workflows, and safety.

You will mentor staff, advance evidence-based practices, and coordinate with regulatory and quality programs to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• Experienced registered nurse leader with ability to influence care delivery.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of quality and safety programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for the ICU/CCU.
• Support staff through scheduling, workload coordination, and mentorship.
• Lead quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with physicians, case management, and ancillary departments to ensure timely, high-quality care.
