Marshall Medical Center seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the ICU and inpatient nursing services. The role partners with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will drive staffing, budget, and operational efficiency in a growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has extensive ICU/nursing leadership experience, RN licensure in California, BSN, and certifications such as BLS/ACLS; CCRN/PCCN/CEN are preferred.

• Current California RN license is required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• BSN is required
• Professional certifications such as CCRN, PCCN, or CEN preferred
