GHR Healthcare in Flemington, NJ is seeking an ICU Nurse Manager for a newly created leadership opportunity. This role offers hands-on involvement in daily clinical operations and staff development in a community hospital setting.

You will oversee 12-bed ICU and 20-bed cardiovascular stepdown units, lead a team of about 80 FTEs, and drive quality and patient safety initiatives with nursing leadership guidance.

Qualificações

• BSN degree required.
• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience in critical care and/or medical-surgical nursing.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations across the 12-bed ICU and 20-bed cardiovascular stepdown unit.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, employee performance, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor nurses and develop approximately 80 FTEs across both departments.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
