Qualifications

• RN license required
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and current
• ACLS (AHA) upon hire and current
• BSN required for all hires after 1/11/2021
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience
• Minimum 3 years of continuous clinical experience in acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour administrative leadership for ICU operations and critical care nursing services.
• Supervise, evaluate, and support ICU staff, ensuring appropriate utilization of personnel and resources.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care delivery to meet clinical standards and patient needs.
• Conduct daily rounding to support staff and monitor patient care and unit operations.
• Develop and implement departmental plans including performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary consultation for staff, physicians, and nursing leadership regarding practice and policy interpretation.
