Job summary
Providence Healdsburg Hospital in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a Nurse Manager for the ICU. This Full Time, 8-hour Day shift role leads nursing care for a defined patient population and oversees the unit's 24-hour operations with a focus on clinical excellence and compassionate service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- 20 years of clinical nursing experience, AND required.
- Bachelor's Degree, Or Master’s Degree.
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 6 years related Nursing experience.
- 3 years Nursing leadership experience.
- Computer experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and manage nursing care for a designated patient population.
- Oversee 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership and staffing.
- Develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care for nursing services.
- Collaborate across hospital functions to ensure high quality patient care and outcomes.
