Qualifications
- Must hold a California RN license (Upon hire).
- At least 20 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Minimum 3 years nursing leadership experience.
- BLS – American Heart Association (Upon hire).
- 6 years related nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit.
- Plans, directs, and manages nursing care for a designated patient population.
- Develops programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Models collaborative, interdisciplinary relationships across hospital functions.
- Leads budgeting, staffing, and resource planning for the unit.
