Job summary

Providence Healdsburg Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager- ICU to lead nursing care for a designated patient population. The role oversees the 24-hour ICU operation and directs staffing, planning and budgeting, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN (or higher) and at least 20 years of clinical nursing experience, with 3 years in nursing leadership, California RN license, and BLS.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• 20 years of clinical nursing experience
• 3 years nursing leadership experience
• California RN license required
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population
• Oversee 24-hour operation of the ICU unit with leadership responsibility
• Develop and implement programs, policies, and standards of care for nursing
• Collaborate across hospital functions in an interdisciplinary care approach
