Kaweah Health in Visalia, CA, is seeking a part-time ICU nurse leader to oversee the interdisciplinary care team on the 6010 Intensive Care unit. You will apply nursing diagnosis and treatment, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, confidentiality, advocacy, and collaboration with physicians, family, and other departments.

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within one year of hire/transfer.
• Preferred: TNCC.
• Education: BSN, MSN or RN-BSN in progress.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership on the nursing team and oversee care on the unit.
• Identify high-risk patients and initiate interventions with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical care practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to maintain quality care.
• Support staff development and participate in QI initiatives.
