Job summary

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, WI, is seeking an acute care RN to join the ICU team. You will deliver direct nursing care for patients requiring complex assessments and interventions, following policy and evidence-based practice.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree and is ready to collaborate with the interprofessional team to continuously improve patient outcomes while working a 7p-7a schedule with every third weekend shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
• No experience required
• Must hold BLS HCP, RN licensure in applicable state, and ACLS/ENPC/PALS/TNCC where applicable

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive patient data from patient and family to form a holistic care plan.
• Analyze data to determine diagnoses and care needs.
• Collaborate with patient, family and interprofessional team to set outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans with safety and coordination.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and maintain current knowledge.
