Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings, NE seeks an experienced ICU RN to join our critical care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a high-acuity unit, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred), 2 years ICU experience, BLS certification, and an NE RN license; ACLS within 6 months of hire is required. We support ongoing professional development and a collaborative work environment.

Formación

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 2 years ICU experience or a previous preceptorship in MLH ICU preferred.
• BLS certification required; current NE RN license or temporary permit required.
• ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and communicate findings to providers.
• Document and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Advocate for patients with physicians, other providers, administration, and families.
• Initiate diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate to the patient's care and safety.
• Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.
