Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 12-bed unit within a community hospital setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care per nursing standards while educating patients and families about illness management and post-treatment needs.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans and ensure clear communication across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Nursing Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• No prior experience required; experience in critical care is a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive role.
