Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care for patients utilizing the nursing process.
• Provides leadership by working with care teams to maintain standards of practice.
• Participates in Quality Improvement and patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care; leads unit level decisions.
