Job summary

You will perform assessments, administer medications, assist in procedures, and educate patients and families while adhering to safety and infection control standards in a night-shift, part-time role.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Mississippi or a compact state is required.
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations.
• BCLS certification is required; ACLS/PALS are preferred.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document assessments and changes in condition to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
