Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN - State Licensure required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Life Support (ACLS/PALS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document findings accurately and report changes to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and monitor medical equipment.
• Participate in audits and compliance with standards.
