Job summary

Bayhealth Sussex ICU in Milford, DE is seeking a dedicated RN to provide professional nursing care in the ICU on the night shift. You will develop patient-centered care plans, administer medications, and document care while collaborating with physicians on treatment decisions.

The role requires a Diploma or ADN and BLS. ACLS/PALS may be required by the manager. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required with BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS may be required per manager’s direction.
• Commit to pursuing specialty certification within time frame.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing care in the acute care setting.
• Develop patient-centered care plans based on individual needs.
• Administer medications following the five rights of administration.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Delegate to LPNs and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine best treatment decisions.
