Job summary

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedures.
• Develops and coordinates individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care within the assigned setting.
• Delegates tasks to team members in accordance with competency and job descriptions.
