St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts in a full-time role. The RN will deliver safe patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with physicians, and mentor other staff in an ICU setting.

Formación

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process within ICU.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicate with the physician about changes in patient condition, monitoring results, and symptoms.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
