Job summary

HonorHealth's Critical Care Unit in Deer Valley, Phoenix, seeks an experienced RN for the Night shift to join our ICU team. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor critical conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years ICU or med-surg/acute care experience, current AZ RN license, BLS, and a BSN preferred. We value professional growth and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience for float positions (required)
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient care per ANA standards.
• Administer medications and treatments with safe dosing.
• Develop and revise patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care and self-management.
• Precept and mentor new staff as needed.
• Support nursing leadership in achieving quality outcomes.
