AdventHealth in Columbus, NC is seeking an experienced RN to join our night shift team. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient education.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care in a safe environment, ensuring documentation accuracy and ongoing outcomes evaluation. Qualifications include RN licensure and BLS; an Associate degree is required with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, development and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular evaluation and revision.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self‑care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
