Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year ICU experience, a California RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. TCAR and NIHSS education within specified timeframes are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year ICU experience.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• TCAR required within 12 months of hire.
• NIHSS education module within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• CNRN or CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and provide high-quality, individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies in the Neuro ICU.
