Job summary

SSM Health’s St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, MO is seeking a Regular RN for the ICU with a Night Shift schedule. This role provides direct nursing care for patients requiring complex assessments and interventions within established policies and protocols.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure; no prior experience required. BLS certification is required; ACLS/ENPC/NRP/PALS/ TNCC may be pursued as per unit guidelines. Sign-on bonus eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/ENPC/NRP/PNDS as applicable per unit.
• No prior experience required per posting.

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive data from patient, family, and providers to form a holistic view.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or care needs.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and interprofessional team to set outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans; ensure safe environment and coordination.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and maintain current knowledge and competence.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and patient/family.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines to critical care nursing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
