Job summary

Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the ICU. This full-time position is 32 hours per week with night shifts and weekend/holiday rotation. The ICU has expanded to 20 beds, providing care across cardiothoracic, respiratory, kidney and other critical care needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• ACLS required for some units; BLS at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Care Team Collaboration: deliver safe, effective nursing care and coordinate with team.
• Direct Patient Care: document and provide evidence-based nursing care.
• Patient & Family Education: educate patients and families on care plans and discharge.
• Care Coordination & LOS: support discharge planning and coordinate tests/procedures.
