Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
• License Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
• American Heart Association – Basic Life support Certificate required. ACLS required for some units.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Care Team to deliver safe, effective nursing care.
• Assess patient needs, create care plans, and assign team responsibilities.
• Administer medications according to established policies and procedures.
• Deliver care in alignment with hospital and unit standards.
• Begin discharge planning at admission and educate patients and families.
