The position involves planning and delivering patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives. Shift is 7 PM–7 AM, 36 hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct nursing care in ICU-G per policy.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans.
• Evaluates and revises care plans based on patient status changes.
• Coordinates discharge planning and family education.
• Precepts new staff and participates in professional development.
