Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure in good standing.
• 12 Months - Less than 3 Years RN Experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Associates degree candidates may be considered and encouraged to enroll in BSN within 1 year of hire.
• A minimum of 1-2 years in telemetry or intermediate care setting preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
• RN license in MA in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients and families per established policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and healthcare team to deliver care.
• Follow safety and quality protocols and monitor patient conditions.
