Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Must have current RN license (state licensure or compact).
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans with experienced RNs.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring safety and protocol compliance.
• Performs patient assessments and documents vital signs and changes in condition in the EMR.
• Provides patient and family education to support understanding and adherence to care plans.
• Supports patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities while maintaining a safe environment.
• Communicates changes in patient conditions to supervising RNs and healthcare teams.
• Adheres to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains reliable attendance.
