Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of the nurse.
• Administers ADLs, vital signs, intake & output, and catheter care as requested.
• Collects patient data and reports changes to the nurse.
• Documents care activities using medical terminology.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available for patient needs.
• Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
