BJC HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to support the ICU Neuro unit at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Missouri. The role involves direct patient care under nursing supervision, assisting with ADLs, vital signs, and data collection to support patient safety and care planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant certification/license preferred if available.

Responsabilités

• Implements direct patient care under supervision, assists with ADLs, takes vital signs, intake/outtake, falls and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes to the nurse.
• Assists with patient and family education; documents care accurately.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available to meet patient needs.
• Contributes to patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
