Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a dedicated RN for the Med Surg ICU, full-time, day shift. You will apply the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to deliver patient care, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, diploma, or BSN).
Must obtain and maintain RN license in the hiring state or compact state.
Basic Life Support certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process to provide patient care.
Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
