Pratt Regional Medical Center in Kansas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide critical care services within our integrated ICU/Medical-Surgical Unit. The ICU-designated beds are located within the Medical-Surgical unit, and the RN will deliver care for critically ill patients with monitoring and treatment.

The role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and eligibility for Kansas licensure, with BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Current Kansas RN license or eligibility to obtain Kansas licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of ICU/PCU experience.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (or ability to obtain).

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care per physician orders and assess patient condition.
• Monitor patients and administer prescribed therapies and medications.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
• Maintain infection control and accurate charting according to policy.
• Rotate across ICU and Medical-Surgical units as assignments warrant.
