Qualifications

• Valid LPN license required; BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in ICU/critical care nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work nights as a full-time Night shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychological, and social dimensions of patients across age groups.
• Monitor and report patient status and responses to interventions to physicians.
• Identify and respond to arrhythmias, respirator complications, and critical events.
• Assist in care planning, documentation, and implementing nursing orders.
• Administer medications and manage IV drips under RN supervision.
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning.
